Technical Assistance Sessions

Open Format “Office Hours” style Q&A and Technical Assistance on topics including:

For providers including direct service staff and leadership in the Public Behavioral Health System, Technical Assistance is available via office-hours style webinars where participants get to address questions and get technical assistance on topics including:

Via a secure online format, participant volunteers will be guided through group problem-solving and will be given resources to address questions and concerns. Participants will be able to submit questions in advance and live via webinar tools.

In addition to addressing any questions participants bring to the group, facilitator will offer special focus on topics relevant to community providers.

Please Note: Due to semi-structured online format, CEUs/COAs are NOT available for Office Hours. Participation in Office Hours is not a substitute for the DLA-20 Basic training required for the for submission of service authorization/reauthorization requests for adults in Adult Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) programs, Mobile Treatment programs, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRPs), and Residential Rehabilitation Programs (RRPs). These training sessions are provided free of charge by the Behavioral Health Administration through the University of Maryland’s Training and Evidence-Based Practice Centers.
