Advanced Skills Community of Practice for COD sessions are focused on active practice. Camera and audio participation is encouraged and expected, if possible. Sign up for as many sessions as you would like.

Topics and Descriptions

Session 1: The Big 5

What are we bringing to our clinical relationships? We will explore the “Big Five” Personality Traits and develop a plan for our own well-being.

Session 2: Stage-Wise Groups

This session will provide an opportunity to participate in a stage-wise group for modeling and an opportunity to participate in role-playing exercises.

Session 3: Using Behaviorism

This session will focus on using behaviorism to complement COD interventions in our work.

The Evidence-Based Practice Center (EBPC) of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry is authorized as a sponsor of Continuing Education Units.
